TERMS OF SERVICE

MINIMUM 4 MONTH STAY

A minimum of 4-months is required for bookings in high-season
A minimum of 1-week is required for bookings in low-season.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

We accept cash and wire transfer
E-transfers not accepted

BOOKING DEPOSIT AND BALANCE

Bookings under 60 day stays require full payment.
Bookings over 60 day stays require an initial deposit of 50% in order to secure the reservation and balance due on or before check-in.
All bookings require a $300 USD Security Deposit, payable in cash on arrival and refunded at the end of your stay.

CHECK IN-OUT

Check-In: 3:00 PM

Check-Out: 11:00 AM

Early and/or late check-in/out may be available. Please confirm with us in advance.

Casa Nayita is not staffed 24/7 and we will need your arrival time sent to us prior to your check-in date.

CANCELLATION POLICY

100% refund if reservation cancelled with more than 60 days notice from check-in date
No refund will be given if cancelling reservation less than 60 days from check-in date
